The Ice Queen reigns supreme over Washington DC

On the art of presentation and the new ice standard.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards and have been part of this industry since 2019. Our team brings deep experience from years with one of the largest ice manufacturers in the US—and we refine our craft every single day.

Production capacity. We supply local and global companies with a variety of innovative products, built with precision and care. We can custom-make any desired shape. Since 2022, we make our own ice equipment—the sky is the limit.

We pack our ice in sealed bags in packs of 20 so bartenders can grab and go while protecting quality and preventing cracks.
Keep ice in the original packing until you need it—ice does not expire. For storage, follow your freezer's guidelines; many commercial units hold near 0°F (−18°C). If yours runs colder, allow longer tempering before use.
Tempering prevents cracking. Warm the cube slowly before service—we find it best to add liquid first, then the ice. Place the cube in the glass; by the time the drink is mixed, it is usually ready (often about 30–60 seconds).
